As we went deeper, we understood that a significant part of d.light’s revenue comes from companies purchasing carbon credits. The existing purchase journey had friction. We stepped in to refine the carbon credit buying flow end to end, making it intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion focused.

d.light works with a vast network of SEPs selling their products on ground. For them, clarity on commission structures is critical. That’s where Team Your Brand Mate came in. We created a structured series of videos that simplified and standardized communication around SEP commissions, removing confusion and bringing alignment at scale.
